Reklamacije se priznaju samo uz predočeni račun i jamstveni list kao jedini dokaz kupnje. Slipovi kartica i slične potvrde ne mogu zamijeniti račun.

Sve prigovore sukladno članku 10. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (N.N. 41./2014.), možete poslati putem pošte, telefaksa ili elektroničke pošte kao i u poslovnim prostorijama /trgovinama u kojima se nalazite.
